Our Contracts

We provide fixed cost support contracts to help small to medium business spread the ongoing costs of maintain and supporting their IT system. Our support contracts are split into three levels, bronze, silver and gold which allows our customers to choose the exact level of support their business needs.

Bronze contract – Combining both our support line (guaranteed to be an engineer UK based) for advice and help over the phone and our professional remote access software with your permission (allowing us to connect to any Mac, PC or Server that has an internet connection). Meaning that within a few minutes we are able to diagnose and resolve the problem.

Silver contract – When IT is critical to your business and you need a budgeted cost. This package provides all the benefits of the above together with the peace of mind that you will not have any unexpected labour costs as callout charges are included.

Gold contract – This package is for those companies that want a genuine one stop solution for all their IT support needs providing you with all the support of the other packages and including all parts and labour.

Pay as you go – We realise that not all companies require contracts so we are happy to work on a ‘pay as you go’ basis providing support, maintenance, project work or training.
